Lotus West Properties was founded by Ariel Chazanas, a native Angeleno and UCLA finance graduate who grew up in a family of property developers and managers. What began with just 20 units has grown into a trusted firm managing over 1,100 multifamily units across nearly 100 buildings throughout Los Angeles.
